The Villa & Ibiza
Our retreat takes place in a private luxury villa in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, surrounded by Ibiza’s stunning nature.
The villa offers the perfect balance of privacy and comfort, with spacious rooms for rest, a pool for morning swims or relaxation, and dedicated areas for men’s circles and group sessions.
A private chef will prepare healthy meals each day, ensuring that nourishment and hospitality support the transformation work.
We work in partnership with a local rental agency that can accommodate us according to demand. The actual villa may be different.

We will gather in Ibiza, one of the most iconic locations in the Mediterranean, for a retreat that balances growth, adventure, and restoration. Hosted in a private luxury villa, supported by expert teachers and instructors, the program combines activities for both body and spirit. Healthy food and private chef service will nourish us daily, while the villa’s pool and setting provide space for rest and reflection.
Across the week, we will sail on different days aboard a classic yacht, with sessions tailored to the group size and dynamics. Outdoor activities will complement the program — from hiking in Ibiza’s stunning landscapes to swimming in the clear Mediterranean sea.
The men’s group and sailing sessions will be guided by Fabrizio Ottoni Limena, who brings over 40 years of ocean experience — from classic regattas to Antarctic expeditions — into practical lessons for life and leadership.
These sessions translate sailing into tools for personal growth, strategic thinking, teamwork, risk management, and navigating dynamic environments.
